Optimum Nutrition Review

I first bought ON (Optimum Nutrition) 16 flavors pack to try them all out. For me the top 3 flavors are:

- 1 Tropical punch (This stuff tastes like juice!! and goes down easy)
- 2 Delicious Strawberry (Very light, tastes great and easy to drink.
- 3 Cookies and cream (Taste pretty good and easy to drink as well
- 4 Double Chocolate tastes just like Nesquik!!! It doesn't have that fake chocolate flavor. It doesn't have that chemical taste some do.

After going from protein to protein, none of them would completely dissolve- no matter how long I blended the mix. Sometimes it would take up to 3 minutes and still not be blended .I am happy to say that this product takes 20 seconds to completely dissolve.

Really had excellent results after taking ON whey for 2 month. You get a nice quality muscle blend with decent size. I suggest mixture with water is always good especially for people who are mid and over sized. For leaners, Milk is the best blender. One scoop each pre and post workout is best and decent intake.

I've tasted many types of brands and I have to say that ON is the best taste and results wise. Before going on ON I had Muscletech's Nitro-Tech and it did give me good results but tasted like crap. This product has a great nutritional content (low cholesterol, high protein, etc) as well. So to me, I’m getting everything I need.

But, now a day, in the supplement world, you really do get what you pay for. So for an ok price you’re of course getting decent quality protein, a moderately set price that has a lot of good qualities. Overall, I would recommend it to anybody that is trying to get lean muscle. Just really all-around impressed with it. They have tons of flavors so you won't get bored of it and good protein per serving. I think I’ll stick with this product for a while.
