Weight Gain Protein Powder

Weight Gain Protein Powder is a fast way to get those extra calories. I know for some people, they just can't gain weight. When you start taking weight gainers, you'll start gaining muscle fast. Here's some info to know about before you start taking it.

One thing you really have to look at is the amount of sugar that's in it. Alot of sugar might give you an insulin spike. This leads to feelings of drowsiness, irritability, and headaches. Double check to make sure there isn't a high amount of sugar. 30-60 grams per serving is ideal. This might not effect you though. Just the people that more sensitive to sugar. Everybody is different.

Another thing is the carb/protein/fat ratio. Carbs help with the protein absorption. So those two go hand in hand. Now, when looking to gain weight, fats are your friend. (not saturated fat though) A good rule to follow is, twice the protein as fat, and twice the carbs as protein. Follow this rule and your good to go.

Weight Gainers have come a long way. Used to be cheap and LOADED with sugar and fat. Also, the protein quality was really poor. On top of that, it had something like 3000 calories per serving! That's to much for anybody, I don't care how much weight your trying to gain. Again, when your looking for weight gain protein powder, make sure its not loaded with sugar and saturated fat!

I've personally never taken weight gainer. My problem has always been losing the fat!! This is the last thing I need for sure. If you cant seem to gain any weight though, this would be perfect for you. You'll gain muscle fast when you want to bulk up. You'll be shocked with the results once you start taking the proper brand.
