Brand: GNC Whey Isolate 28
Rating:

Flavor: Chocolate

The first thing I noticed about Whey Isolate 28 is that it taste good. I've definately had other brands that tasted really chalky, bland and just not to good at all. Im not sure what GNC did, but they have up'd there taste factor pretty well. Some of the better protein powder I've tasted for sure.
Another thing that stuck out was how well it mixed. It mixes so well, I sometimes spoon mix it and it comes out great. i know with other protein, seems like now matter how hard you shake or stir, it still has little clumps that linger around. mixabilty is top notch for this stuff. It's also great because you only need to use 1 scoop.
The price was decent. I mean, this is what you can get at GNC that's priced moderately. Whey isolate is the protein inbetween the good and the low end protein. Cost was about 30 bucks with 25 servings. Not all that bad. With needing only 1 scoop, this made it easy to drink and not have that overwhelming taste
With only 1 gram of fat, and 2 grams of sugar, this makes it ideal for me to get quality protein, without getting a ton of fat and sugar. Sometime I always look for when selected a powder.
Lastly, it doesnt really make me feel bloated. Problably with its mixabilty, it makes it settle in your stomach nicely. I know in the past with others, id always feel super full. With GNC Pro Perfermance, not that bad whatsever.
Dont really have any complaints about it. I mean, it has a solid source of BCAA's. On top of the good amount of amino acids. I can def see the difference between taking this and others i've taken in the past. Im fairly sure because its an Isolate. Absorbing more of the protein is so key. Remember it really is worth it to spend that extra 10 or 15 bucks to get more quality protein. I'd recommend Whey Isolate 28 by GNC to anybody thats interested in taking protein as a part of the workout diet.
